  • I would suggest to go to programs and features and uninstall Care Center. It didn't find any update like Bios update and driver update.

    To get an answer to a question there should always be a detailed description.

    - error message?

    - screenshots?

    First of all you could remove the killer network drivers from Acer and install the original newer ones from Killernetworks.

    KillerSuite_1.1.57.1686_Win7_Win81_Win10.exe or newer.

    Google sais mhotspot is designed for win8 only.

  • I'm not really very experienced here, but you might be talking about some Windows10 settings? You should take a look at 'settings>network and internet>Wlan>administrate wlan settings there are 2 points in the middle which seems to be related to your question. more info I found at Google via 'microsoft virtual wifi router ' . You should know some basics, especially regarding security.
