Hello all,
While using my mouse, it suddenly became laggy and then stopped working altogether while in use.
Everything was reinstalled when I plugged the mouse back in, and I'm back to square one. Minus the Lg Smart Scan software (now can't find the box which has the CD in it:/) I don't really have a clue, and have searched the web for answers. Laptop has windows 8.1. (Mouse was working fine after 8 updated to 8.1) Any ideas would be much appreciated.
My laptop still recognises it as a device and a mouse scanner, and even says that it is working in properties, yet it doesn't.
I've down driver update checks to all four drivers this mouse has, each of which are in date.
I've even unintalled a driver, then restarted my laptop where it was re-installed.
I have removed the device from Hardware & Sound in the control panel, which then gave an error message that a driver was out of date. The troubleshooting couldn't find/fix the problem, I tried another set of driver update checks and they all where fine.Eventually, I was able to totally remove it, then I uninstalled the device and the Lg Smart Scan software that came with it.
